When a tenant makes a request, we create a work order and schedule an appointment with your maintenance team or preferred vendor. We continue to follow up with the team member or vendor until the work is completed. After the work is completed, we follow up with the tenant to ensure customer satisfaction. Routine property maintenance is coordinated with your maintenance team. All activity can be viewed in the online landlord portal.
